Traditional Litter Box Cleaning

Your free time is better spent elsewhere. We’ll handle the litter box.

This service deep cleans and sanitizes traditional litter boxes and scoopers on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule.

Additional services such as on-site scooping, waste removal or fresh litter are not included but can be added separately.

Service begins with a Meet & Greet, where you receive duplicate litter equipment selected to closely match your current setup, discreetly labeled with your unique customer code, and a walkthrough of the process.

The night before your service day, we’ll text you a reminder to prepare your litter box and scooper for pick up.

Before 9 a.m. on your scheduled service day, you’ll swap your dirty litter box and scooper with the clean box and scooper provided during the Meet & Greet.

The dirty box and scooper are then secured in the provided bag and placed outside your front door.

Later that day, Litter Mates picks up the bagged, dirty box and scooper and leaves a fresh, sanitized box and scooper in their place.

You’ll receive a text notification once your clean equipment has been delivered.

On your next scheduled service day, you’ll use the clean equipment to repeat the process.

1 litter box cleaned weekly – $15 per service

1 litter box cleaned every 2 weeks – $20 per service

1 litter box cleaned monthly – $25 per service

Each service includes cleaning and sanitizing both your litter box and scooper.

Scooping Assistance

If you'd like help maintaining your traditional litter box, we offer weekly scheduled in-home visits. During each visit, we will:

• Scoop your box (waste goes with us)

• Top off litter using the litter you provide

• Sweep the area around the box

• Empty and wipe any litter mats

Pricing: $25 per visit, up to 3 boxes

Litter Delivery

Premium clay litter delivered to your door in refillable, easy-to-pour 8 lb jugs that we clean and reuse.

Available for customers with an active service plan.

Pricing: $32.40 for five 8 lb reusable jugs (40 lb total)

Litter/Waste Removal

On swap day, you may leave the litter and waste in the box being picked up.

Pricing: $5 per service

Homes with more than 3 boxes are welcome. Please contact us for custom pricing.
