"I worry about breaking it if i do things myself... She was even able to replace my liner for just the cost of the liner." I’ve had my litter robot for 3.5 years and I hate cleaning it esp living in an apartment. This service was well worth it! I worry about breaking it if i do things myself and the new machines are so expensive. My litter robot looks and seems brand new and the photo updates were so helpful to see how bad my machine had been. Voni was so nice and responsive to messages/questions. She was even able to replace my liner for just the cost of the liner. I will def use this service again. My cat was back in mins after drop off.

"They... repaired issues that I didn't know exist (replace rusted screws, re-secure internal liner, etc.)" I cannot recommend this company enough. I have two automatic litter boxes that desperately needed a deep clean. Not only did they deep clean the litter boxes, but repaired issues that I didn't know exist (replace rusted screws, re-secure internal liner, etc.) I was given extensive before and after photos with explanations. If you have a robotic litter box, I highly recommend adding this company to your routine. The price is good, the service is amazing, and you get back a litter box that looks and acts like new.

"My Litter-Robot was infested with fruit flies... I honestly didn’t think it could ever be that clean again." I can’t say enough good things about my experience. My Litter-Robot 4 had become a disaster zone, infested with fruit flies, smelly, and in desperate need of a deep clean. I reached out to LitterMates, and Voni came to the rescue. From the moment she arrived, she was kind, professional, and so thoughtful. She picked up the unit right from my place, left the area spotless, and even surprised me with some thoughtful goodies. When she brought the Litter-Robot back, it looked and smelled brand new. I honestly didn’t think it could ever be that clean again. What really stood out was how knowledgeable Voni is.
